Icom PS-1508B
The PS-1508B is supplied with a pair of 7Ah Lead Acid Batteries installed, giving a maximum of 14Ahr back up in the event of mains failure (Based on the following typical radio specs: TX: 7Amps, RX: 1.2Amps & Standby: 0.3Amps. Batteries should charge from flat within 5hrs). The PS-1508B will automatically switch between battery and PSU dependant on the presence of the mains supply. This provides you with uninterrupted use in the event of a power cut. The batteries will automatically recharge and the unit will switch back to AC operation when the mains supply is restored. |

SRP Repeater - VHF, UHF or Cross Band
Designed to enhance coverage of a two-way radio system, the cost effective SRP repeater series uses a combination of our Icom IC-F5012/F6012 entry level mobile radios and can be used as a VHF to VHF (SRP-V11), UHF to UHF (SRP-U11), or cross band repeater (SRP-X11).
The SRP repeater instantly retransmits received audio without any noticeable delay. All repeaters in this series provide a stable 25 watt output power allowing a radio scheme to be boosted beyond the range of normal Private Mobile Radio (PMR) networks.
The SRP Repeater Series comes complete with housing (including 240V PSU) to mount the repeater. The SRP is incredibly flexible so that you can install the repeater in a vehicle, an office, or a temporary location. |

It is supplied in a robust ABS portable carry case and is fully self contained with duplexer, mains power supply and battery backup facility. The repeater measures only 56(w) x 26(h) x 58(d) cm and weighs just 20kg, so it can literally be picked up and deployed anywhere, anytime.
The TRP Transportable Repeater receives both analogue and digital mode signals on a single channel, allowing the use of IDAS digital radios, while still maintaining existing analogue radios within the system. |
